Together they bring decades of industry experience and core production values, attracting A-list talent from across the continent and building an atmosphere you can love working in. We aspire to create a one-of-a-kind energetic environment for each and every creative to encourage and nurture their unique and individualized needs, and bring out the best in you with every production.

Richie walls

Co-Founder / Producer

Richie is an Emmy winning producer and Co-Founded Black Walls Entertainment with John T. Black in 2018. He also owns Richie Walls Entertainment, International Talent Agency in Beverly Hills, CA, was the Vice President of FilmEngine Entertainment in Beverly Hills, CA that produced The Butterfly Effect with Ashton Kutcher, The Rum Diary with Johnny Depp, Hunters Prayer with Sam Worthington, and developed Snow White and the Huntsman with Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, and Charlize Theron before partnering in Cameron Rock Walls with James and John Cameron from Avatar, Titanic, Terminator, Aliens, etc. Richie is also COO of Whitener Entertainment Group based in Beverly Hills, CA, Knoxville, TN, and Nashville, TN. Whitener Entertainment Group recently produced and cast “The Last Movie Star” with Burt Reynolds, Chevy Chase, and Ariel Winter which was 100% shot in the state of Tennessee where they are developing new television and film projects. A24 picked up the project after the world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival 2017 and was released early 2018. Mr. Walls acted as Associate Producer and Tennessee Casting Director on the project following his Associate Producer role on Sam Worthington’s Hunters Prayer. In 2018 Walls won an Emmy award for an Amazon series he cast and produced called Backstabber. Richie was executive producer on Ire shot in the UK at the end of 2020 and co-produced Homestead with John T. Black that was produced by Brian Conley and Conley Entertainment Group.

John Black

Co-Founder / Producer

John T. Black is a serial intrapreneur and “connector” that has successfully worked in various tech, business and entertainment sectors. He has assisted in business development, fundraising, strategy and PR for numerous brands as well as helped manage successful political campaigns at the local, state and federal levels. John was one of the campaign managers for the high profile, winning Knox County Mayoral race for International WWE Superstar Glenn “Kane” Jacobs. He has raised money for numerous startups and as well as positioned companies for larger capital infusions- one of which was featured and funded on ABC’s Shark Tank. John began his career in the athletic training field where he earned Nike Certifications for NATC(Nike Athletic Total Conditioning) & SAQ(Speed, Agility, Quickness). John went on the become the head strength & conditioning trainer for the Samsung Thunders professional basketball team in Seoul, South Korea. Utilizing the relationships and contacts he established while living in Asia, John later founded a company that partnered with Daewoo International to build a network to esport American products throughout Asia. He also discovered Nitro Circus athlete/tv & movie star Beaver Fleming. John was executive producer on “Ire” which was filmed in the UK at the end of 2020 and co-producer on the latest Conley Entertainment Group feature film “Homestead” along with Richie Walls and producer Brian Conley. John T. Black co-founded Black Walls Entertainment with Emmy award winning producer Richie Walls.
